Come gather with the Vancouver Island volunteers of the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympic Games to celebrate the opening ceremonies of the XXII Olympiade in Sochi.  Everyone is welcome! 

This informal gathering of all 2010 Blue Jacket volunteers and friends will take place at the Mary Winspear Cultural Centre in Sidney on Friday, February 7 starting at 8:00AM sharp.  The Charlie White Theatre will show the live CBC broadcast of the Opening Ceremonies direct from Sochi, Russia.

Sherry Moir and Steve Duck, Vanoc NOC Services volunteers will welcome you.  Coffee On Us! is hosted by the staff of the Centre with donations supporting the cultural programs.

Great comfortable seats and no cost to join in the fun!

 

 Pull on your Vanoc blue uniforms and jackets, come share your stories, celebrate the camaraderie of world friends! 

This event is open to the public interested in joining this informal salute to Vancouver Olympic volunteers from across Vancouver Island.
